Alta Dove Valley Debuts in North Phoenix

Wood Partners announced that Alta Dove Valley is now accepting pre-leases, marking the arrival of the first wrap-style apartment community in North Phoenix, where homes encircle a central parking garage to give every residence mountain views and same-floor covered parking access. The 380-home community, professionally managed by Greystar, offers luxury interiors and a curated amenity package including a two-story clubhouse, a 78,000-gallon resort-style pool, the area's only rentable soundproof office space, and a suite of coworking and social spaces. Situated near the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company campus and a rapidly growing North Phoenix retail corridor, the community is well-positioned for residents seeking both convenience and an elevated living experience.

Wood Partners cited the region's ongoing housing shortage and strong long-term fundamentals as reasons for its continued confidence in the Phoenix market
